you haven't.
in particular, i'm looking to hear about something interesting you're learning in school. as you will soon be my personal nutritionist, i would like to inquire about ideas and recipes for healthy morning meals. specifically, muffins. more specifically, banana, pumpkin and zuchinni muffins made with whole wheat flour and low fat. i.e. can you substitute natural applesauce for oil and ground flax with water for eggs?
consider it a project. or don't.
