{no artichokes}

image via {here}
Artichokes were almost $2.50 each yesterday. Needless to say, I did not buy any. That's what I get for craving artichokes in September.

We will probably be replacing our artichoke meal with either veggie omelets or leftovers from a previous night, if there are any. I am a master of not cooking leftovers because I dread them so much. I'm weird, I know. Unless I can use the leftovers in a totally different way or it's something like a pot roast and mashed potatoes, I have a pretty hard time eating it. I think it has something to do with the cold smell when you open the container. I get nauseous just thinking about it.

Edmamme is surprisingly expensive too. No edmamme for me either.

Hi girl! Thanks for commenting on my blog! :-)

It's crazy how much veggies can cost. I was going over my grocery bill today and I realized I bought ONE avocado for $3.40! Whoops.... haha

Have a great week!

beautiful blog!

you are right, eating healthfully takes some time and planning and sometimes can be expensive...but it's definitely worth it!
